What is the purpose of this qualification?

The Level 2 Certificate in Providing Security Services (QCF) allows people to work in frontline security services by gaining a qualification

The qualification provides them the skills, knowledge and understanding as well as promoting good working practices. It also helps them to gain transferable skills, for example in customer care and communication skills.

Who is this qualification for?
This qualification is for all learners aged 16 and above who are capable of reaching the required standards.
