Course Description
This course is for people aged 19+ who wish to further their studies and gain more knowledge in the Health and Social Care sector. It offers a comprehensive introduction to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding you need to prepare for your chosen career.
Progression routes include:
- Entry into a Level 4 program
- Entry into Higher education i.e. University
- Employment in Health Care, Nursing , Support Work
- Work in other health related professions

Assessment is through a combination of portfolios and assignments.
Assistance will be provided through mentoring and tutorials in class sessions.

The duration of this course is 4 months and you will be required to attend classes two days per week.
You will also have the option to do a 58 credit course with distant learning
